Mrs. Moreland has worked as a nurses' aid for six years in a hospital whilst living in Australia. In addition, she has also worked as a home carer for Goldsborough Home Care for four years prior to opening her own business. These positions enabled Mrs. Moreland to gain knowledge regarding the caring profession, which includes personal care, information on prescribed medicines, infection control and manual handling etc.

After this period, Mrs. Moreland has operated her home care agency for over six years, during which time she has constantly attended to clients to ensure her familiarity with caring for others.
