We will evaluate the clients' needs at the
initial appointment. An assessment will be completed considering any potential
risk to the client or the carer. A plan will then be produced to ensure that the
carers and the client are familiar with the required duties. The plan will also
provide a detailed explanation as to how they will carry out these duties. Management
will only allocate carers whose training and abilities match the indiviudual needs of
the clients.
